Force Factor is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our innovative Social Commerce team, where you'll play a central role in shaping how we connect with consumers through creators.
This isn't your average marketing gig. You'll be on the front lines of the creator economy, managing and expanding a high-impact affiliate program on platforms like TikTok Shop and beyond. You'll recruit top-tier talent, experiment with new tools and platforms, and drive real business results through content-driven commerce. You'll also have the autonomy to pilot programs, own creator relationships, and influence product positioning based on direct feedback from the community.

Key Responsibilities Program Growth & Strategy - Manage and scale Force Factor's affiliate program across TikTok and other social commerce platforms
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators, including those for retainer-based programs
- Explore and pilot new affiliate platforms, tools, and technologies to increase reach and impact
- Identify and manage affiliate marketing agencies to scale efforts as needed
Affiliate Community Management - Oversee and moderate the affiliate Discord server to foster a supportive and engaged creator community
- Respond promptly and professionally to affiliate messages and inquiries
- Serve as a trusted resource to affiliates, offering ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, educational content, and training sessions
Performance Optimization & Enablement - Coach and mentor affiliates to improve content quality, drive conversions, and align with brand standards
- Plan and execute incentive programs to motivate affiliates and reward top performers
- Lead the product sampling program to generate user-generated content (UGC) and deepen engagement
- Share affiliate feedback and insights to inform product positioning and broader marketing initiatives
Analytics, Compliance & Collaboration - Track, manage, and optimize affiliate compensation, including payments and performance-based incentives
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, engagement, etc.) and report on KPIs
- Ensure all affiliate content complies with FTC guidelines and Force Factor's brand/legal standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and paid media teams to align strategies
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer, or social commerce.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling creator or affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and emerging social platforms in a commerce context.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings.
- Experience working with affiliate management platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
