ClinicMind, the rated EHR and practice management platform for chiropractors, is seeking a driven and strategic Affiliate Channel Manager to lead the development and expansion of our chiropractic affiliate and referral network. This role is ideal for a relationship builder who understands the chiropractic space and can energize partners to drive new client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Affiliate Program Development:
    Build and manage a high-performing affiliate partner program specifically targeting chiropractors, practice coaches, consulting groups, billing services, and relevant influencers.
  2. Recruitment & Activation:
    Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners within the chiropractic industry.
  3. Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong, active relationships with affiliates, providing regular updates, resources, marketing collateral, and incentives to drive partner engagement and loyalty.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Monitor affiliate activity, measure KPIs, and prepare regular reports to leadership on performance, trends, and new opportunities.
  5. Sales Alignment:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure affiliate-generated leads are captured, followed up on, and properly nurtured.
  6. Campaign Management:
    Collaborate with marketing to launch co-branded webinars, educational materials, and incentive promotions that affiliates can use to attract chiropractors.
  7. Compliance & Brand Alignment:
    Ensure all affiliate communications align with ClinicMind's brand standards, compliance guidelines (especially HIPAA-related communications), and core values.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, affiliate marketing, or partner management-healthcare SaaS or chiropractic experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic practice management, patient flow, billing, and regulatory pain points.
  • A strong network within the chiropractic industry is a plus.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding partnership-driven sales goals.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with affiliate tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to industry conferences, partner events, and meetings.

  • Retention and revenue contribution from affiliate-sourced clients
