What You'll Own
- Lead Affiliate Growth: Build and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and sign high-potential affiliate and publisher partners.
- Prospect with Purpose: Develop a robust pipeline of partners aligned with our brand and performance goals.
- Negotiate with Confidence: Structure deals that balance ROI with long-term value-always with compliance in mind.
- Own Onboarding: Ensure new partners are set up for success through seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Drive Results: Monitor performance metrics, optimize for ROI, and report on key growth KPIs.
- Scale for Impact: Continuously evolve our affiliate strategy to unlock new growth channels and revenue opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in business development or strategic partnerships in the affiliate space.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline, close deals, and maintain performance-driven partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
