Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Line Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts for a prominent aviation services company's Used Serviceable Material (USM) portfolio specific to Pratt & Whitney engines. This role combines technical expertise with a commercial mindset to drive revenue, optimize inventory, and support global customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market penetration and revenue.
Collaborate with Sales, Repairs, and Executive teams to enhance leasing and sales support.
Evaluate engines and inventory pre-purchase for viability and return potential.
Manage engine teardown processes with service centers to optimize part recovery.
Design pricing strategies and support bid activities for competitive sales positioning.
Analyze FAA Airworthiness Directives and OEM Service Bulletins for component impacts.
Audit LLP summaries, technical records, and ensure regulatory documentation compliance.
Provide post-sale support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with the company's operational goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the aerospace industry.
Specialized knowledge of Pratt & Whitney engines and aftermarket lifecycle.
Familiarity with FAA regulations (FAR) and aerospace quality standards.
Strong financial and market analysis capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Skills

Understanding of Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPCs) and Engine Shop Manuals (ESMs).
Strategic decision-making rooted in technical and market expertise.
Experience with international transactions and managing customer accounts.
Network within the USM and Pratt & Whitney engine markets.
