Job requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English (documentation is in English).
- EN4179 Level 2 certification in UT & ET (MT & PT are desirable).
- Proven experience conducting non-destructive testing within an aerospace setting.
- In-depth knowledge of NDT methods and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job responsibilities
- Perform a diverse range of non-destructive tests, including ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
- Interpret and assess test results to identify defects, anomalies, or irregularities in materials and components.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality and safety-related issues.
- Conduct on-site or shop inspections and tests to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and equipment calibration.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of NDT procedures and protocols.
