It's a job with variety, working on a wide portfolio of aircraft. That is, on live aircraft, and not the same panels in a factory.

The Netherlands offers expats a high quality of life, with a low crime rate and friendly locals. English is widely spoken.

Excellent transport, great work-life balance, an open attitude to culture and diversity, and an excellent education system all help to explain why many people make the decision to move there. Factor in how happy the general population are too (it's been ranked the 5th happiest country in the world) then you can see that it's a great place to live.
