Functional Medicine Physician:
Hours/call: Clinic Hours 7:30 am - 5:30 pm / Scheduled rotating Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Main types of procedures or patients seen: Wellness Exams/Pap Smears, Follow Up's, Pellet insertion for HRT,
Average of patients seen per day: 17-19
Team size (e.g. 3 FMs and 3 NPs): 2 MD, 7 NPs
