Aerospace Manufacturing Technician 2

There is currently an opening for a Manufacturing Technician 1 or Manufacturing Technician 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will report to the Production Manager This position falls under the Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector in Redondo Beach , CA Responsibilities:

• Support integration , assembly and testing of Solar Panels

• Follow schematics and drawings

• Solder components and harness assemblies Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 2

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Ability to work flexible/changing schedules and weekends

• Soldering skills

• Ability to read drawings and schematics
Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 2:

• Previous composite, manufacturing, or production experience

• Demonstrated ability using standard measuring equipment and power hand tools

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical specifications and operating procedures
