Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS cloud services, and Java development. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable digital solutions in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with AEM cloud setups, Java-based backend development, and AWS services integration.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
  • Design scalable and resilient AEM solutions deployed on AWS infrastructure.
  • Implement custom integrations with backend systems using Java and RESTful APIs.
  • Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, and CloudFormation for hosting and deploying AEM applications.
  • Manage AEM environments including Sites, Assets, Dispatcher, and Content Fragment Models.
  • Optimize performance, caching strategies (including CDN via AWS CloudFront), and AEM Dispatcher configurations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments on AWS.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of AEM applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest in AEM, AWS, and Java technologies, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience with AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets).
  • Strong Java/J2EE background with experience building backend services and APIs.
  • Good understanding of AEM architecture: Sling, JCR, OSGi, Sightly/HTL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation).
  • Experience setting up and configuring AEM in AWS environments (Cloud Manager, Cloud Service setup, Dispatcher).
  • Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic React or Angular knowledge.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for web and cloud applications.
