Tire Rack is looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components that power Tire Rack's customer-focused digital experience. Our ideal candidate has a solid background in web development, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain AEM components, following Adobe best practices and focusing on reusability.
  • Collaborate with system administrators on deployments, optimizations, and system upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting author and QA issues.
  • Advise on AEM best practices to align with our digital strategy.
  • Oversee AEM integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Prepare and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members, incorporating feedback from managers.
  • Update project management software daily with task progress.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience developing components for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • 2+ years of experience with HTML Template Language, responsive HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • AEM Developer certification (or ability to become certified within six months).
  • Strong understanding of best practices for security, accessibility, SEO, UX, and analytics.
  • Proficient with GitHub.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to clear documentation.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
