Job Title: AEM Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)
Job Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, architects, QA) to deliver scalable AEM solutions.
  • Configure and optimize AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for AEM development, including code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, DAM) via RESTful APIs or OSGi services.
  • Ensure compliance with Adobe's security and accessibility standards.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and deployment procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience (AEM 6.x or later).
  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Apache Felix.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, dialogs, and clientlibs.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Familiarity with AEM tools (CRXDE Lite, Package Manager, Dispatcher Configurations).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer) certification.
  • Experience with Headless CMS implementations (AEM Content Fragments, GraphQL).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
