We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate will assist with media placements, vendor communication, project timelines, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for the production and placement of print, radio, TV, and digital display advertisements
  • Track campaign performance, gather analytics, and prepare reports for management
  • Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and reviewing advertising materials
  • Manage project timelines and organize campaign assets
  • Support the marketing and creative teams in day-to-day administrative tasks related to advertising
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role (internships accepted)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with advertising principles and media channels (excluding social media)
