Responsibilities - Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize campaign materials
- Maintain project schedules and update status reports
- Proofread and edit advertising content to ensure accuracy
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports
- Communicate with vendors and external partners as needed
- Maintain organized records of advertising materials and campaign files
QualificationsQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative or advertising support role is a plus
