Responsibilities - Assist in the development and coordination of property-focused advertising campaigns
- Maintain organized schedules and deadlines for campaign deliverables
- Support the creation of print and digital advertising materials
- Communicate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Collect and analyze advertising performance data for team reporting
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new advertising strategies
QualificationsQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, production timelines, and creative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software is a plus
