Advertising Assistant to support our advertising team with campaign planning, market research, and project coordination. This entry-to-mid-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow in the advertising field while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
- Help prepare and organize promotional materials and reports
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
- Track campaign performance and assist in generating insights and reports
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support the advertising team in administrative and logistical tasks as needed
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or related assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with advertising tools is a plus
