Job Title: Adventures Support Representative Job Type: W2 Contract - 6 months, possible to extend Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite: Wednesday and Thursday) Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8am to 7pm Pay Rate: $ 19 - 22 / hour, DOE Position Overview: Support daily operations for Outfitters (B2B) and The Adventures Members (B2C) by providing first-line support via phone and email. Help resolve issues, process reservations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The Adventures connects riders with unforgettable outdoor experiences through a network of 240+ Outfitters offering premium vehicles and guided rides year-round. Our membership program gives riders access to top-tier products including side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and boats.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as first point of contact for Outfitters and Members
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
- Support reservations and product usage guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Account Managers
- Provide light training and share feedback from the field
