Our DOD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an Advanced Systems Engineer position that just opened in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will further advance cutting-edge technologies that support some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and 5+ years of job-related experience. An active TS/SCI Clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Location: San Jose CA

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

• Agile experience preferred.

• Strong analytic skills

• Experience in our core technical discipline of RF signal collection & analysis systems

• Extensive cross-disciplines experience, including hardware, software, system integration & test

• Effective written & oral communicator, including strong skills in development of Customer presentations

• Passionate about designing & building high-quality systems

• Ability to work in project teams of highly talented technologists Preferred Experience:

• Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
