Advanced Practice Wound Provider

The Wound Care Provider role offers flexible part-time to full-time hours (20-40/week) in long-term care settings across southcentral New Hampshire, with no on-call or weekend work.
•  Open to Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with wound certification (CWS, WOCN) and at least two years of wound care experience.
•  Compensation is $58 $59/hour, with benefits including training, mentorship, career advancement, bonuses, health plans, PTO, CME support, licensing reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and retirement plans.
•  The role involves collaborating with center leadership and medical directors to deliver high-quality wound care to nursing residents.
