Conducts comprehensive physical exams and collaborates with physicians on patient care. Interprets data for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Obtains medical histories, reviews records, and orders lab tests. Administers medications, sutures minor lacerations, and provides patient education. Triage patient calls and offers consultations. Engages in professional development and maintains affiliations. Requires a college degree and licensure as an APRN, NP, or PA; oncology experience preferred.
