Description
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
- Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications
- Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions
- Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities
- Maintain company's reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile
A successful Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required
- Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
- Prior experience performing FMEA.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools
Job Offer
- Base salary between $115,000 - $135,000 depending on level of experience.
- 10% Bonus Target based on personal metrics & company performance
- 4 total weeks time off
