Advanced Engineering Tech with Security Clearance

Responsibilities: Support the design, testing, fabrication, and modification of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental circuits, laser/light devices, and specialized test equipment.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
Build, troubleshoot, calibrate, and test a variety of tools, equipment, and systems.
Conduct and document experiments to define process parameters and support process improvements.
Design and build custom tooling and fixtures to support unique tasks.
Implement complex solutions for process improvement and document results.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, determine cause-effect relationships, and recommend resolutions. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant technical or engineering role.
Proficiency in using fabrication tools and building complex hardware.
Strong understanding of technical theory and engineering processes.
