My client is currently seeking a confident, autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on patient care while developing your career.
This is an ideal role for an ACP confident in managing minor illness and injury presentations in a fast-paced, patient-focused urgent care environment.
You will:
Independently assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients presenting with urgent care needs
Work within a multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, paramedics, and ANPs
Manage minor illnesses, minor injuries, and acute presentations
Prescribe medications as an independent prescriber (V300 essential)
Contribute to safe, effective patient flow and evidence-based care

Strong clinical governance and training support
Digital systems and robust triage protocols in place
Flexible shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Candidate Requirements: MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
V300 Independent Prescribing qualification
Experience in urgent care, A&E, primary care, or OOH settings
Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
