Role overview:
As an ACP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients across various settings. You will contribute to the development of services, mentor junior staff and enhance clinical practice through evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients
- Develop and implement effective treatment and management plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Supervise and support junior colleagues and trainees
- Contribute to service development and clinical governance.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Clinical experience in acute or primary care settings
- Strong decision-making, leadership and problem-solving skills
