We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to join our existing hard-working team. We are keen for the right person to complement our surgery rather than making a person fit a vacancy.
Main duties of the job
The role will include working as an autonomous practitioner as well as working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering minor illness management, urgent and planned care either by telephone, face-to-face in the surgery, or in the patient's home.
Practitioners will work within their clinical competencies and will prescribe in line with the current formulary and guidelines.
Other roles include supporting clinical colleagues, mentoring, and supporting the clinical lead and management team to deliver 21st-century healthcare.
