Position Details
The shift pattern for this role is 5 days over 7.
We are offering an opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Hospital Palliative Care Team at Elizabeth University Hospital. This dynamic role is ideal for candidates with significant palliative care experience, expert knowledge, and postgraduate education. The successful applicant will influence palliative care across this busy acute site and support ward teams caring for patients with palliative and end-of-life needs.
