Adult Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Location: Will Rogers Air National Guard Base - Oklahoma City, OK Employment Type: Onsite Eligibility: U.S. Citizens Only Support Service Members and Their Families Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to serve as an Adult Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This role provides non-medical, short-term counseling services to military service members and their families, supporting emotional resilience and personal well-being across the installation. This is a direct-service opportunity for professionals who want to contribute to the readiness and strength of the U.S. Armed Forces through compassionate, solution-focused behavioral health support. What You'll Do Provide face-to-face, short-term counseling to military personnel and adult family members Support issues including stress, adjustment, marital conflict, deployment transitions, grief, and parenting Conduct health and wellness presentations and workshops in collaboration with installation leadership Offer guidance on life skills, communication, relationship building, and reintegration Coordinate services with military Points of Contact (POCs) to align program delivery with installation needs Maintain documentation and compliance with program, ethical, and DoD standards Schedule & Site Details Full-time, onsite position located at Will Rogers ANGB Services delivered in-person across designated locations on base Role may include some support for events or wellness programming as scheduled Requirements Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Not eligible: LMSW, LADC, or associate/supervised license types Knowledge of military life, culture, and family systems Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of clinical issues U.S. citizen, fluent in English Must pass federal and installation-specific background and suitability checks Desired Qualifications Prior experience in MFLC or DoD-affiliated family support programs Former military service or experience working with military populations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Why Join Blue Rose?
