Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents and ensure their safety.
- Utilize de-escalation skills to manage behaviors.
- Facilitate daily activities and maintain client connections.
- Document client progress and communicate with treatment teams.
- Transport residents safely for outings.
- Adhere to policies and maintain required certifications.
- Support your assigned house and take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor s preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Valid driver s license required.
- CPI and CPR certification within 30 days.
