Position Summary

The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in meeting enrollment goals, building brand awareness and expanding referral networks. This position leads the Burlington campus tours, contributes to admissions decisions, and manages the social media strategy/execution for Mansfield Hall, while supporting broader marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role supports social media efforts for Canopy College Coaching.

Essential Functions:
  • Admissions Tours:Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for all Mansfield Hall - Burlington prospective families, conducting on-site toursto both families and external stakeholdersthat provide an insightful and comprehensive view of our campus and its offerings. Provide effective and timely communication as well as tailor each tour to highlight aspects most relevant to the attendees' interests and needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with various MH departments to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing, content collection and overall, admissions.
  • Digital Brand Enhancement:Develop and implement digital marketing campaignsfor Mansfield Hall,Canopy College Coaching,andourAlumnithat align with our values and mission, with a focus on making the brand more recognizable, engaging, and appealing across all digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management:Oversee and curate content for our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our brand's voice and mission.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to create compelling content that supports our digital campaigns, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and collect necessary content for social media. Capturing engaging material both on-site at the Burlington location and virtually. This includes conducting interviews, filming and photographing community events, and connecting with alumni, their families, and current student families to gather compelling stories and testimonials.
  • Alumni Relations:Work closely with the Admissions team to expand,maintainand allow opportunities for our alumni to stay connected and engaged with the Mansfield Hall community and to share their stories with perspective students and families
  • Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and social media engagement, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Community Engagement:Activelyparticipatein community events, school fairs, and professional gatherings to promote our institution and strengthen our network of referral sources.
  • Inquiry Management:Work closely with the admissions team to support and work together to meetenrollment goals, providingtimelyand informative responses to foster positive relationships with prospective students and their families.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent experience with one to three years in a relevant role.
  • Experience:One to three years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role. Experience in admissions or educational settings is a plus.
  • Skills:Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies,proficiencyin social media platforms, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Technology Proficiency:Comfortable using digital marketing tools, social media management software,CRM,and Microsoft.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple parties to oversee the necessary completion of tasks related to social media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing skills.

Working Conditions

Internal- Work is normally performed in a home office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes, and gasses isvery limited.Noiselevel is moderate and includes sounds of normal office equipment (people, computers, telephones, HVAC, etc.). No known environmental hazards areencounteredin the normal performance of job duties. Weoperatein a flex-space work environment that by nature may include distractions and interruptions.

External-Travel may be included, there is the potential for this position to have minimum travel to schools, college fairs, and/or to visit external stakeholders. Work outside the office normally takes place in similar office environments, although occasionally work may include classroom environments.

Physical Demands

Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. There is potential for eyestrain from reading detailed materials and computer work. Deadlines, workloads during peak periods, and changing priorities may cause increased stress levels. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination tooperatecomputer keyboards at a moderate skill level. Repetitive motion injuries may occur. The company will provide adaptive devices as needed.
