Our client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work within the administration team, supporting the Client Services Team Leader and Client Services Director with the administration of a varied portfolio of client entities and trusts.
  2. Liaise via email and telephone with directors, trustees, third parties, and clients.
  3. Assist the Client Services Team Leader and directors in drafting board minutes and written resolutions for various administrative matters.
  4. Organize and prioritize administrative tasks, including onboarding new clients, establishing entities/trusts, managing ongoing administration, and closing structures.
  5. Utilize Office 365, Viewpoint document manager, entity administration functions, and network drives to complete tasks and maintain records.
  6. Support transactions such as asset purchases and sales, and general day-to-day payments (online and written instructions).
  7. Assist with completing investment application forms and bank account applications.
  8. Support the Client Accounting team with relevant information.
  9. Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism, in collaboration with the Compliance Manager and directors.
  10. Assist with periodic Client Risk Assessments (CRAs) and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  11. Ensure entities and trusts comply with FATCA, CRS, and Substance requirements.
  12. Participate in office-wide initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  13. Adhere to office policies and procedures, including accurate recording of time each day.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 5-10 years of TCSP experience.
  • Strong understanding of the day-to-day administration of companies and trusts, including drafting minutes, agreements, letters, and correspondence with clients and third parties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
