We're Hiring: Administrator
Join our team at Askham Bryan College in York. We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department
Salary: £23,160 - £23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract
What you'll do:
- Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations
- Help coordinate conferences and room bookings
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
- Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics
- Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records
- Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service or office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A good eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Bonus points if you have:
- Event or hospitality experience
- Experience with database systems ️
