Description Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. This Full-time position is located at Strabane Woods, an assisted living community, in Washington, PA. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high-quality services. The Administrator oversees the day-to-day operations management of the community including coordinating all programs and services for residents. The Administrator hires, supervises, develops, and motivates team members. This position maintains the budget of the community and monitors both revenue and expenses. • A rewarding career with an opportunity to make a difference What we are looking for: We need a proven leader who will help our team members and other Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our Administrator is required to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification; or Nursing Home Administrator license or Personal Care Home Administrator Certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with eligibility for Assisted Living Certification required.
- Licensed nurse in the State of Pennsylvania preferred.
- Two years of proven leadership experience preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
