About the Role

An Administrator within the Real Estate Development team, you'll deliver comprehensive administrative support that enables the legal professionals to focus on client matters. You'll handle a diverse range of non-legal tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of the department, working in a collaborative environment where your contribution is recognised and appreciated.


Administrator Responsibilities

  • Receiving and appropriately routing new client and team inquiries
  • Managing document filing systems and administrative processes
  • Supporting financial administration including billing and credit control
  • Preparing and processing Land Registry applications
  • Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for team members
  • Performing general secretarial duties to ensure operational efficiency

Administrator Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in a professional environment (legal experience advantageous but not required)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated attitude with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Resilience and composure when working under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
