We have a job opening for a full time
IT Administrator in
any Concordance location. The primary role of the IT Administrator is to support various technical areas with the organization, including forms design, UI design and deployment, BI Analytics tools, and IBM i systems operations. These services support different parts of our organization, ensuring seamless operations and efficient processes.
Essential Functions: - Design and tailor printer forms.
- Develop and modify user interfaces and HTML pages for enhanced user experience.
- Manage and maintain IBM i system operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
- Design and deploy BI Analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to forms, UI, BI tools, and IBM i systems.
- Provide tier 2 technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to understand business needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings.
- Ensure documentation of responsibilities is up-to-date.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to be Successful: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any technical areas.
- Proficiency with IBM i system operations.
- Experience with HTML and forms design.
- Be able to provide end user support received via help desk tickets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ERP system knowledge and features a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Good testing skills and diagnostic processes.
- Understanding of forms design and concepts.
- Good written and oral communications.

- Ability to work collaboratively and participate in on-call rotations.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
