Description
As a Corporate Social Responsibility Program representative, you will support corporate social responsibility initiatives from May to December.
Your responsibilities will include program management, process documentation, volunteer engagement, impact reporting, and compliance tracking. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit partnerships, financial education initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
This role will enhance your skills in project management, data analysis, communication, and community impact assessment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HSE) required; higher education degree in a related field preferred
A minimum of 2 years in administrative support, office management, or related experience
2+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit management, or program coordination preferred
Project management, data management and reporting, and/or SharePoint experience is a plus
Comfortable working full-time from our Fort Wayne HQ (855 Webster St.) or our Indy HQ (8711 River Crossing Blvd.) during the probationary/training period, with potential for hybrid work pending performance
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
