What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. This position will support the HR Compliance team with responsibilities to include the following:
- Daily download of all AA fingerprint results from FBI to upload in Access database
- Vet all Fingerprint Applications (FPA's) for accuracy in accordance with TSA/CFR regulations
- Work with RPO via SharePoint with daily uploads of fingerprint results
- Manage and monitor all FP/FPA errors for correction interacting with Clearinghouse and Station Management
- Work with highly confidential information and documentation
- Identify, track and follow up on all FPA Errors for completion
- Monthly reporting of FP/FPA processing and errors
- Includes on-phone and off-phone ad hoc assignments
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year related experience in Excel and/or Access
Skills, Licenses & Certifications - Knowledgeable in working in Employee Central
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint
- Exposure to the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Must be highly motivated and reliable with demonstrated initiative and flexibility
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive confidential information
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team and independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure
- Familiarity with Criminal History Records Checks
- Strong time management skills
