Your New Role

Warner Bros. Studio Facilities is seeking an Administrator for the Labor Relations department. This position will report to the Vice President, Labor Relations.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Labor Relations staff by performing duties, such as, processing expense reports; and assisting in the development and distribution of reports. Additionally, he or she is to provide back-up administrative support to the senior administrative staff, as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and log calls.
  • Assists with calendar, which includes scheduling numerous meetings, responsibility for coordinating attendee schedules and communicating with them regarding meeting specifics; handling drive-on or walk-on passes; reserving the meeting rooms; coordinating with security personnel, if needed, etc.
  • Assists by performing duties, such as but not limited to, screening and distributing the mail; scanning and sending documents; making photocopies of contracts, reports, documents and other materials; and so forth.
  • Proof, print, and distribute form warning notices and disciplinary letters for issuance by management to employees.
  • Perform heavy filing and file maintenance. It is estimated that there is about one hour per day of filing that is required.
  • Maintain various Department databases or spreadsheets, such as the Incident Spreadsheet and Grievance Status Report.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Perform duties in a collaborative and interactive manner with the other administrative staff.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative and clerical experience required or reasonable equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures.
  • Must have strong command of the English language; spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Knowledge of report and letter formats.
  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of staff in person and on the telephone.
  • Able to work well under time constraints.
  • Able handle multiple and simultaneous tasks.
  • Able to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Able to be discreet and to keep information strictly confidential.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $38,500.00 - $71,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
