Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits Job related travel is

Minimum Qualifications: - Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Responsibilities: - The Administrative Technician is responsible for assisting the Administrative Programs Officer in screening and gatekeeping requests for travel, meetings, trainings, and other related tasks.
- Monitor and manage the TANF department's email box ensuring prompt responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with field staff to assist in various administrative functions, including verification of TANF benefits from tribes.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
- Support the Administrative Programs Officer with additional duties as required to meet department goals and objectives.
