Description
We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our MaineHealth Behavioral Health family making a meaningful impact in our community.
This is your opportunity to provide administrative support in a busy outpatient practice in Portland, Maine. This role is responsible for greeting patients, checking in patients, answering phones and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, patient, organized and has an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the day.
Office Location: Lancaster Street, Portland. Onsite parking available.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: Associate's Degree in Office Practices preferred.
2. License/Certification: N/A
3. Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare, human services or business office required.
