POSITION SUMMARY:

Seeking a proactive individual interested in taking on a diverse range of administrative tasks with the capability to troubleshoot operational issues independently. This role involves providing crucial organizational support to various departments within the company, extending beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. Key duties involve monitoring shared inboxes to support system inquiries, address issues, and handle administrative tasks. This includes resolving problems by providing solutions or elevating them to the appropriate higher level for resolution. Additionally, the role involves weekly correspondence with our UK office, managing data uploads, collecting audit materials and delivering them in a clear and concise format, digitizing paper records as-needed, processing outgoing checks weekly, receiving UPS/USPS deliveries, and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of off-site document storage. The position may also involve data entry tasks as required.

DUTIES:
  • Investigate and resolve file room and system requests by defining the issue, troubleshooting the problem, conducting follow-up, escalating as needed, and ensuring successful and timely resolution.
  • Facilitate the ongoing file organization and digitization project by making sure any paper files passing through the office get digitized.
  • Create and maintain accurate electronic document repository for easily accessible electronic files.
  • Data entry in various databases.
  • Process mail, ship and receive packages.
  • Communicate with key players to report and gather needed or missing information as it relates to the duties above.
  • Other tasks/projects as directed by leadership.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Problem Solving Skills
EDUCATION:
  • High School diploma plus four years of relevant experience.
  • Or Associate's degree or equivalent college credits plus two years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with casualty insurance claims and the terminology therein a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, Teams, Adobe PDF Editor.
