Job Description:
Manage the key database, key audits and the overall key process. Serve as the front desk receptionist, providing and coordinating varied administrative, technical, and clerical support to visitors and staff. Assist the business operations of Facilities Management including procurement related duties and serve as the primary back-up for the Maintenance Support Center.

Minimum Qualifications:

Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting and/or auditing principles and practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of standard office procedures and filing skills. Strong public relations and customer service skills.
Demonstrated effective organizational and time management skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments in a timely fashion while multi-tasking.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to interpret, follow and administer established University/Commonwealth policies and procedures, and use sound judgment to make appropriate decisions.
The ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
