Administrative Support Specialist Location: Hybrid schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to help keep operations running smoothly for a respected aging and disability services organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support clients, caregivers, and team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments for clients and assist with intake communications.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling and client databases.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, faxes, and emails.
• Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Respond to inquiries and help educate clients about the intake process.
• Support emergency response efforts as needed. Qualifications:
• Associate degree or High School diploma with 2+ years administrative experience preferred.
• Professional phone skills and ability to handle multiple lines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet-based systems.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
