DUTIES
  • Answer and accurately direct incoming overflow phone calls.
  • Control entry access and greet visitors.
  • Accept, distribute, and prepare outgoing deliveries, mail, and faxes.
  • Monitor website requests and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with the creation, preparation, and distribution of client and marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain contact and policy information in management systems.
  • Kick off and assist with renewal workflow processes.
  • Process policy change requests, issue ID cards, and certificates.
  • Compare current and prior policies for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide support for various agency projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain the appearance of the front office, conference rooms, and kitchen.
  • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the agency's operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate respectfully and effectively with internal team members, clients, and guests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications essential for daily operations.
  • Consistently maintain a reliable, positive, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience preferred
