SUMMARY:

Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
Must have ability to multi task, work in multiple systems at same time
MUST have ability to interact with and service customers.


REQUIRED:
  • Intermediate level MS Office experience a must: MS Excel, MS Planner, MS Word, Outlook
EXCEL: Client does employ pivot tables and v-lookups, but that is the most complex it would get in Excel.
  • Client uses multiple other systems that they will teach on site, but the person definitely must be computer savvy.
A PLUS (Nice to Have):

Any data analytics experience would be a plus (but definitely not required).

DUTIES:
  1. Register client's service contracts, and administer credits to their accounts in the database
  2. Work with customers to find the best solution of warranty service coverage for their vehicle fleets.
  3. This customer interaction will be over the phone, via email and in person - must have people skills
  4. There is some data entry on this job
