Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Entry Level/Hourly Administrative Support team member.

In this role you will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative help to several Directors and different program areas.

• Help manage calendars, organize travel plans, handle expense reports, and keep departmental records up to date.

• Use a computer and common MS software to access systems, write emails, manage SharePoint and Confluence sites, and create spreadsheets and reports with MS Office.

• Use good judgment and communication skills to manage emails, phone calls, and other requests effectively.

• Help with meetings by scheduling them, booking conference rooms or virtual spaces, arranging food and setup, taking notes, and uploading presentations for everyone to access.

• Act as a contact person for facilities and IT, making sure requests are taken care of.

• Participate in various project management tasks to assist areas like finance, purchasing, and staffing.

• Act as POC for onboarding of new hires also helping new employees get settled in, including preparing their desks.

• Take part in activities to boost employee engagement and morale.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

You must have a TS/SCI security clearance prior to start.

This is an EARLY CAREER (level 1) ROLE where candidates typically require 0 years of professional experience and a BS degree or above.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

• TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start

• JIRA/Confluence Experience

• MS SharePoint Experience

• Budget Management

• Experience Supporting Multiple Managers

• Team-oriented

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
