Responsibilities :
- Performs a variety of detailed administrative and support services to the organization
- Assists in the preparation, maintenance, control of records, budget information, reports and training classes.
- Schedules and tracks training class registrations (LSO).
- Works with confidential material including contractual/legal documents.
- Coordinates activities with internal and external clients.
- Contacts personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepares reports
- Determines processes to handle routine assignments for the organization such as report generation, bills, vouchers, worksheets and workflow.
- Prepares correspondence, maintains files and completes special projects.
- May assist in answering hot lines or other telephone lines.

Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to handle questions and clear customer (internal and external) problems and ensure commitments to customers are met by resolving problems and providing services.
- Interfaces with internal or external customers in a professional manner in person, on the phone or through written communications
- Efficiently updates and reconciles various database systems to ensure accurate information and timely changes.
- Able to work with short notice or timeframe in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to complete tasks under pressure
- Keeps accurate records of maintenance/installation activity and may access various computer databases to update company records.
- Intermediate skill level of software programs (Outlook, Excel - Microsoft suites) and office equipment

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
