Administrative Support Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls
- Greet and interact with clients, prospective clients, and their families
- Work cooperatively with fellow employees
- Complete task-independent and timey
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Manage billing and collections, claim filing, facility admissions, and discharge operations
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Create and update procedures for dealing with clients
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Assist in scheduling, hiring staff, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Manage clients and employee tasks using the Clearcare system
- Generate leads through CRM
- Act as liaison for clients and employees
Administrative Support Requirements: - Previous administrative experience preferred
- An associate's degree or higher level of education preferred
- Ability to manage clients using CRM system, Clearcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- The job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations
- Skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A professional appearance
