Job Title: Administrative SupportJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated administrative support professional to manage and enhance the performance of multiple delivery stations across the US. This role involves servicing hub delivery, owning the site performance, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of the site and its surrounding Hub Delivery Small Business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Track delays, delivery errors, and technical issues for partners and follow up via phone to resolve issues.
  • Report end-of-day package misses and escalations to the manager.
  • Track Salesforce and follow up on partners that are flagging or need support.
  • Communicate with the Hub Delivery team and Business Partners.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
  • Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
  • Use logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Communicate any quality problems or concerns impacting the customer experience.
  • Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, Quality Assurance, or Sales Support role.
  • Experience reporting in MS Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical support skills.
  • Client communication and customer support experience.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
  • Quality assurance capabilities.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Tech savvy, able to solve basic technical support questions from Hub Partners.
  • Customer focus mindset.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus.
Work Environment

You will work four 10-hour days, either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. There are two shifts available: 7:30am-6pm PST (one person for each four-day schedule) and 11am-9:30pm PST (two people for each four-day schedule). This role is on-site at Everest in Bellevue.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
