The Administrative Support Coordinator coordinates and/or performs a wide variety of administrative and support activities in the Financial Services department. They participate in the coordination and completion of special projects and/or events.
The Administrative Support Coordinator must uphold the philosophy and mission of the University while instilling a positive and progressive attitude in all employees.

COMPLIANCE: - Responsible for compliance with all local, state, accreditation, and federal regulations
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and security of campus files, documents, and reports
- Ensure and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Responsible for complete and accurate timekeeping
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally;
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
- Providing administrative support to the financial services department;
- Data entry, tracking, and filing;
- Communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, as appropriate, in a highly professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner;
- Assist with the maintenance of financial services files and records;
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures;
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day business including, but not limited to, answering phones and placing calls, managing emails, reporting;
- Responsible for billing students, contacting students through any means of communication who are past due on their payments; providing information to supervisor of past due payments on a weekly basis;
- Ensure funds are properly secured and perform banking duties, including taking deposits to bank if necessary;
