Position Highlights The Eller College of Management's Undergraduate Program Office is searching for a professionally minded individual to join our business and operations team. The Business Team supports and improves the work experience of over 40 employees including career coaches, coordinators, advisors, administrators and faculty. You will join a small team who have nearly 40 years combined experience in the Undergraduate Programs Office.
This position has several areas of overlapping responsibility, including operations, facilities, scheduling, coordination and business process innovation and support. The successful candidate will have a good sense of structure, a bias toward thoroughness and an interest in the continual improvement of the communal environment, business practices and collegiality.

Duties & Responsibilities Position responsibilities consist of a range of moderately complex tasks and problems that require judgment and initiative. There is an expectation that solutions will be independently proposed, discussed with management, and solutions implemented with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and creativity. Technology should be applied where appropriate. The department supports and encourages a strong team spirit, and the successful candidate will be encouraged to bring their unique individuality to the team efforts.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop extensive knowledge of the practices of the Undergraduate Program Office, become conversant with academic processes and develop an in-depth knowledge of financial and operational policies and procedures. They will develop a breadth of knowledge enabling high level of contribution to all aspects of the position.
Communication: Significant communication with other departments to locate and provide resources. Organization, management and oversight of academic integrity process and scheduling; processing and reporting on specific academic materials. The position needs to be responsive to internal and external requests.
Coordination: Coordinate multiple aspects of operations, including technology, physical inventory maintenance and disposition, manage conference rooms, meeting rooms, resources, and technology. Will coordinate meetings and materials, including occasional research, for the undergraduate Associate Dean. The position will assist with bulk processes in student records. You will act as a liaison with university and college level personnel on several fronts. You will have short term and long term projects.
Database and Technical: Will maintain existing workflows, including databases, creating new flows as required, especially surrounding equipment, academic integrity, development and financial processes.
Financial: Assist the business team with financial processes, research and problem solving. Including group and individual travel, purchase orders, purchasing cards and various components of separation of duties.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Certification or Experience in Excel.
- Knowledge of business processes, including accounting, purchasing, operations and scheduling.
- Familiarity with trouble shooting hardware and peripherals for computers.
