• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across departments
• Take ownership of project elements, helping to push initiatives forward, whether you're part of a group or flying solo
• Hands-on -you'll actively contribute to project work, leading smaller tasks or components independently
• Support team members to ensure goals are met on time and within scope
• Facilitate effective communication among team members
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with a solutions-first mindset
• Maintain detailed documentation, status reports, and tracking tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and energized Qualifications:
• A natural team player who loves helping others succeed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude-you're not afraid to take initiative
• Familiarity with property management
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
