Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across departments
Take ownership of project elements, helping to push initiatives forward, whether you're part of a group or flying solo
Hands-on -you'll actively contribute to project work, leading smaller tasks or components independently
Support team members to ensure goals are met on time and within scope
Facilitate effective communication among team members
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with a solutions-first mindset
Maintain detailed documentation, status reports, and tracking tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and energized Qualifications:
• A natural team player who loves helping others succeed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude-you're not afraid to take initiative
• Familiarity with property management
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
