Job Duties- Greets and directs visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Monitors visitor access while following all security protocols
- Provides friendly, efficient customer service to visitors and employees
- Maintains reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized, with necessary supplies readily available
- Answers and screens calls, taking accurate messages and passing along to appropriate parties
- Performs general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications- Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Requires 4-5 years of experience.
